IPSA is the national voice for employee share ownership in Ireland, and it was stuck with a membership platform vendor that could not give the association what it needed. For a membership body, the platform is not a website feature: it is how members join, renew, register for events and reach the resources they pay for.

How it came together.
A platform of their own
Rather than work around another vendor's product, we built IPSA their own, shaped to the way the association actually runs rather than to a generic membership template. It belongs to them, and it can change when the association does.
Credibility is the design brief
For an advocacy body, authority online is the product. The site leads with what employee ownership means and who stands behind it, with members, events and resources structured so that anyone can find what they came for without being a member first.
Speed, then continuity
The build was delivered quickly, which mattered because the association had been waiting on a vendor. The relationship has continued since, across the website and the wider marketing presence.
